Many organizations today are facing increasing challenges, and many churches have found that they are not exempt from these same challenges. Tightening budgets, relationship conflicts, discernment challenges, and maintaining focus on the mission have become a reality for many churches. Process Solutions can help. We are experienced, licensed behavioral health specialists who come alongside to assist churches in revitalizing their mission. We can become an integral partner with your leadership team to facilitate healthy communication, conflict resolution, and discernment. We can assist your minister, or any member of your congregation, with individual coaching to work through current challenges that may be threatening the health of your church.
As an objective third party, our professionally trained staff can assist your church through a discovery and growth process that transcends current roadblocks, but includes and honors the tradition and gifts you already have. Because we care and because we listen, we can assist your church through the challenges that may be threatening to undermine your church’s mission, vibrancy and health. Our mission is to renew the church’s spirit and to assist the church in rediscovering its strengths.
Our Toolbox
Congregational Assistance Program
Inspired by Paul’s Epistle to the Philippians and believing that God wills wholeness in body, mind, and spirit, Prairie View Process Solutions offers a program by which congregations can nurture the emotional well-being of all their members. This is the spiritual basis of a congregational Assistance Program. It is an opportunity, through caring stewardship, to reflect the compassion of Christ through several healing possibilities.
A congregational assistance program is a means
of providing affordable behavioral and mental health services to
congregants. Through this pre-paid plan, congregations may contract
with Prairie View for services on an as-needed basis. A
congregational assistance program has many of the same features as
our Employee Assistance Program, serving over 40 companies and 25,000 covered lives in
Central Kansas.
