Student retention, learning styles, classroom behavior and performance standards are just some of the challenges facing educators today. We have extensive experience working with teachers, administrators, residential staff, and others who want to be a positive influence on student learning and behavior.
How We Can Help
Our relationship begins as we learn about your needs and the context of your environment, and then we work with you to establish specific goals. Our staff is available to you throughout the process, whether on-site at your school, or at our facility. Many of our services qualify for grant funding, and we are available for consultation during your grant-writing process.
Bullying Prevention Programs
Our LEEP (Learning Empowerment through Experiential Programs) curriculum uses school-based groups to help students develop behavioral norms and group accountability for healthy and safe behavior. Adventure-based methods engage students and make learning fun. Our programs have been tested at multiple schools in Kansas, and are evidence-based, showing statistical improvements in social-emotional competencies. Teacher-training programs are also available for schools wishing to incorporate the curriculum into school culture.
No Teacher Left Behind!
Educators are some of the most compassionate, dedicated, and creative service providers in our communities. But working to meet deadlines, coping with limited resources, and meeting increasing performance demands create high levels of stress. We believe that real solutions should focus on the educator as well as the student. When working with Process Solutions you will experience a philosophy that searches for potential, builds on strengths, and seeks to build healthy systems and relationships as well as individuals.
Our Staff
Our staff has training and experience in childhood behavior, developmental psychology, and experiential facilitation. They receive consultation and group supervision, are trained in a variety of the Process Solutions tools, and work with both clinical and non-clinical clients in order to assure maximum flexibility and breadth of experience.
Our Toolbox
Why Measure Outcomes? What are they?
Assessing effectiveness is more than just customer satisfaction. Clients want lasting results. They want to see lasting change in attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. With the Perceived Competence of Functioning Inventory (PCFI©) we measure the self-beliefs that influence whether a person’s potential will come to life in real-world life conditions, and work with you to sustain and amplify these positive changes.
All clients can obtain a comprehensive outcomes report that explains the impact of the program, how it relates to team goals, and includes recommendations for follow-up.
