Experiential Based Training and Development (EBTD), often conducted on an adventure course or using games and initiatives, facilitates experiences that highlight critical factors in personal and team effectiveness and offers opportunities to practice more productive attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. Our adventure programming is distinguished by the quality of the facilitators and because we measure results. Most adventure programs promise an adrenaline rush or a mountaintop experience. But if you want lasting impact, attention to your goals, and demonstrated results, then Process Solutions is the right choice. Our facilitators are master’s level behavioral health specialists as well as certified and experienced in experiential education. Facilitators receive ongoing consultation and group supervision, are trained in a variety of other Process Solutions tools, and work with both clinical and non-clinical clients in order
to assure maximum flexibility and breadth of experience. To measure results, we use our nationally recognized outcomes tool, the Perceived Competence of Functioning Inventory (PCFI©).
